"Intuitive Interface and Robust Features, Worth the Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We have been using Uptime.com for several months and have found its intuitive user interface to be a key factor in our decision to deploy it across all monitored systems. The platform makes it simple to locate and configure the necessary health checks, while offering a wide range of monitoring options and a highly customizable dashboard. Although the pricing is not the most competitive in the market, we consider Uptime.com to provide exceptional value for the features and reliability it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

So far, we have encountered very few issues with Uptime.com. While some of the more advanced features—such as Real User Monitoring, Transaction, and API checks—require a bit of a learning curve to configure, the comprehensive tutorials provided by Uptime.com have been extremely helpful. They enable us to find the right solutions quickly, often eliminating the need to contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than I expected"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We were using a competitor prior to coming to Uptime.com. We needed a few more features and after going through the demos and seeing what was being offered and speaking with the customer support team, I quickly understood the value of Uptime. The flexibility of being able to create and monitor virtually anything and display the status on a self created Status screen is what I value most. Also, being able to creating 1-minute monitors from many different locations within the US to help identity networks issues vs a real problem is an outstanding feature and so easy to implement. Well done Uptime! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

"Reliable monitoring tool with excellent alerting features"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

What I appreciate most about Uptime.com is its reliability and ease of use. The platform provides clear, real-time visibility into the status of our websites and services, with detailed reports and customizable dashboards. I also value the flexible alerting system, which ensures that the right people are notified immediately through multiple channels (email, SMS, Slack, etc.). The setup was straightforward, and the customer support team has always been responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, it gives me confidence that potential downtime is detected before it becomes a serious issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

While Uptime.com is very effective, there are a few areas for improvement. The pricing model can become a bit high for smaller teams that need advanced features. Some reports could also offer deeper historical analysis and more customization options to make trend monitoring easier. Additionally, the mobile app works fine but could be more intuitive and offer the same depth of data as the desktop version. These are minor drawbacks, but refining them would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product which has come a long way!"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Always been a fan of the dashboard's UI - the new additions have also been good and easy to navigate.

Ease of Integration with 3rd party such as Retool.

The custom support has always been brilliant - Chinedu has always looked after us and our queries.

Number of calls we can make is really nice, some of our checks run every 5 mins daily and this has been very quick to identify issue with suppliers, sometimes even before the supplier knows about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

I would love it if there was conditional logic available, for example, our website renders differently based on geo location. If geolocation = x, then check for something, otherwise check for something else. I think this addition would be very powerful.

Although I see Webhook now available as a monitoring check, I would like it if we could expose an endpoint in Uptime so that we could send a ping to, which triggers an alert if the webhook receives a request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable API Monitoring with Great Reporting Features"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We've been using Uptime.com for just over six months now to monitor the performance and availability of our API, and it has quickly become a critical part of our infrastructure.

One of the standout features for us has been the ability to auto-generate SLA reports for our clients. This saves time and adds a layer of transparency and professionalism to our service. The platform provides clear, actionable metrics on API performance, and the alerting system ensures we're immediately notified if anything goes wrong.

We also really appreciate the flexibility Uptime.com offers when it comes to setting up custom alerts and escalation processes—especially being able to tailor them based on the time of day. This helps us stay responsive and reduce downtime.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the customization options for alert emails. A bit more control over the formatting and content would make a great tool even better.

Overall, I would highly recommend Uptime.com to any team looking to monitor the health of their APIs or web services. It’s reliable, feature-rich, and plays a vital role in our ability to deliver consistent service to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexibility and reliability, the two main features of Uptime"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We have been customers of Uptime for four years now, and we are delighted with the service offered. Its main features are the flexibility - guaranteed by many executable test types - the ease of use (you don't need to be an engineer to use the platform), and the peace of mind you get knowing that a serious and reliable company monitors your services. What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

At this time, we have nothing of note to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable site monitoring with customer oriented support team"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Support team responding with good technical background. We saw a number of false positives in past but that happens quite rare and uptime team seems to stay on top of it. We using this product for a while for monitoring external services and are quite happy with it.

Implementation is very smooth and easy, it supports necessary external tools for monitoring which compliment extensive internal monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

"Great customer service"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

We have been with Uptime for a few years now, and seen a continuous improvement and addition of new features (the price crept up a little as well, but oh well, post Covid world...)

The system is available (I get from time to time messages that certain probe servers are down, but it never affected us directly) It gives very few false alerts (I think I got one in all these years), and is always alerts us when a server goes down, it never missed.

I have interacted a few times with their customer service and they were always helpful.

The various Contacts options allow us to send emails directly to the customers, if their specific server goes down.

They have (relatively) recently improved the graphs and the retention.

We make use of both the http and the API checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

The only thing I dislike is that it does not remember how many checks to list in Monitoring - it always defaults to 10. I would prefer it to stay on what I selected earlier, in the same session (e.g. 50). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simply a great external monitoring solution"
What do you like best about Uptime.com?

Uptime.com offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to set up and manage monitoring checks. The dashboard is well-organized, with real-time data and visualizations that are easy to interpret. Setting up HTTP(S), DNS, and SSL checks takes just a few clicks, and the platform supports advanced configurations like custom headers, content matching, and multi-step transactions without requiring a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime.com?

Pricing is a bit steep but provide an overall good value. The only billing method currently is by credit card and there isn't a way to establish a Corporate account for invoicing and payment by other methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
