We enjoy the simplicity of the topic content of the programming challenges because it's not so industry specific that it acts as a blocker for new candidates. We have found that candidates are able to quickly understand the business context of the question and get to programming. We would like to see additional types of topics asked to get into some other legacy product types. Things like WCF, WebForms, Microsoft SQL Server, etc. are a few areas that could use some help.
