A Beebee,[1] also known as a Bee,[2] is an enemy in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. They are found in the level Honeybees only. Each of the eight holes in a wall has a different Beebee, the next of which comes out after defeating the previous. Beebees home in on Mario to attack, but a stomp can defeat them. After defeating all eight Beebees or just one from either a spin jump or invincibility, no more Beebees appear. Beebees also have a skeletal counterpart named Skeleton Bees and a heavier one named Bigbee.

Watching with squinty eyes

When they find Mario, they will slowly approach him and try to sting him with their poisonous stinger. When you see the eyes of a bee coming out of its hive, it is a sign that it is coming out. To avoid being stung by the stingers, climb up to a high place and step on them.
