After thorough considerations, I have come to a decision to resign from the Firm, effective as
of 31 xx xx. Words can’t describe how difficult and hard to decide leaving this Firm but I have
to do it due to personal reason.

It has been a pleasure to work for the Firm during these x years. I have enjoyed working with
the Firm’s professionals and colleagues, and will miss my associations here. I wish you and
