The Progression
Bets on red and black increases after each losing bet by 1 chip.
If a win occurs up then reduce the stake by 1 unit the minimum bet is always 5 chips.
Split bet increases by 1 chip after two losing bets in a row.
If a win occurs up then reduce the stake by 1 chip the minimum bet is allways 1 chips for
each Split bet.

Game Over
1. When the Balance hits -75 chips.
2. When the Balance hits +20
3.When the Balance hits + and the last split or red/black bet hat to be increased.
