Corona Virus Disease also known as COVID-19, it was said to be an infectious

disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. It was a deadly disease that can cause a lot of
people to die; it can be easily transmitted if someone does not follow proper hygiene. It has now
become a pandemic due to a rapid rise of infectious people around the world and because of its
threat to the lives of many, it has added to panic, stress and the potential of hysteria.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 does not only affect some individuals who got
infected but all the people around the world. The pandemic has a big impact to everyone especially
to those who are in a poor social status. People are panicking, some are panic buying, and buying
foods or other stuffs that they think may help them from not getting infected. It is okay to buy stuffs
for precautions as well but let us not forget that there are other people who are in need of those
things too and that panic buying does not prevent people from getting infected but rather letting
other people get infected instead because they got nothing to protect themselves from the threat that
the disease has. It was a pandemic that affects each and every one in every aspect. Students can't go
to school to study because a lockdown was implemented and social distancing to protect other
people from getting infected and spreading the virus even more. Some employers are forced to stop
working for the mean time due to the outbreak; it was saddening news for them especially to the
drivers and other workers that don’t have any other source of income. Some people especially those
who don’t have a stable financial support, they are the ones who suffer the most, and they have to
endure the most. Thankfully, some good Samaritans and people with a wonderful heart are ready to
help them and give what they can provide for them. Most of all, the medical staffs they have to work
full time so they can provide better health care to the people who are already infected, they also have
to sacrificed knowing that there's a possibility that they might get the virus as well but still keep on
doing their job. The front liners, the nurses, doctors, soldiers and other professionals that keep on
fighting the virus, risking their own lives to prevent the virus from spreading they are a big help to
everyone, salute to our dear heroes. Through this outbreak, it just exposes some of those incompetent
and heartless government officials who are just thinking of their own safety and had forgotten to
properly do their duties. This pandemic is a scary happening of our world today.

So, as people of our country, humans of the world, we should all be united to fight
against this virus that keeps on killing people. We should help those who are in need, spread
awareness, be cooperative with the Health Organizations and become aware of the happenings. We
will soon get through this, we just got to believe and pray to God and he will surely heal us and help
us overpass this tragic event. God brings healing, keep your faith. “Nevertheless, I will bring
health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and
security.” Jeremiah 33:6
