Nature & Scope of Responsibility


Responsible for site planning and Internal electrification works, Installation of containments, Switchgear and cable laying form main source. The mentioned scope of work
are comply with design, Drawing, method statement and Material approved material. If necessary materials local purchase for work completion and Coordinate with
technical team for method statement preparation, Material quantity arriving for purchase. Regularly follow up the material with purchase section and get material and
making IRP (Inspection Report from Engineer) for material approval after the approval installation work carried out and making IRE (Inspection Request from Engineer).

If NCR (Non confirmation Report) get after the PMC/ QC inspection, I coordinate with design team and getting for proper documents and clear the NCR with re-inspection.

My work completion coordination chain are Planning, Design, Purchase, Quality Assurance and Quality control.

Self Review on Achievement of Value Drivers / Performance Objectives and other Qualitative aspects (Safety,Quality,Time & Cost).

Setting Goals : I defined to inform employees exactly what is expected, when, and how much. With specific goals, I easily measure progress toward goal completion.

Measurable: Provide milestones to track progress and motivate employees toward achievement.

Tracking Goals: Create action plans with planning program for achievement and track my time to make sure your daily efforts are focused on meaningful tasks.

Safety: we ensuring that our activities are not harmful to the environment and Promoting a positive culture based on improving our HSE performance.
