AFFIDAVIT OF UNDETAKING

We, RICKY BARELA JAYME and JONNA PONSARAN GONZALES,


both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of New Baldoza HOA, Barangay
Lanit, Jaro, Iloilo City, after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and say:

That we were relatives being the step father and second cousin of
the late MATTHEW DANE VILLAFLOR GARCIA in New Baldoza HOA,
Barangay Lanit, Jaro, Iloilo City;

That as such, we came to know that said MATTHEW DANE


VILLAFLOR GARCIA has two illegitimate minor children with his live-in
partner MA. ARVIE GLENDA L. BRANCA namely:
1. MARVIE LAURICE BRANCA GARCIA; and
2. MATT DAENYLL BRANCA GARCIA;

That we are executing this affidavit in order to establish the truth


of the fact that said MATTHEW DANE VILLAFLOR GARCIA has two
illegitimate minor children who are his legal heirs and/or successors-
in-interest and for other legal purposes.
