AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION AND COMPLIANCE

I, LAMBERTO V. TIONGCO, married, Filipino, of legal age, and residents


of San Miguel, Bacong, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby dispose and say;

1. That I am one of the Heirs-Vendors on a Deed of Extrajudicial


Settlement of Estate of Felix T. Tiongco, Partition and Sale under Doc
No. 282, Page No. 58, Book No. V, Series of 2021 of the Notarial
Register of Atty. Louie A. Rastica, of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

2. That in such document, my share is only 354 square meters which I


sold to Areen Rybonette Opada Moncida, married to Raul N. Moncida,
Jr..

3. That I hereby confirm that I freely and voluntarily execute such


document and consented to the Petition for Issuance of Separate Title
of such 354 square meters share on such property, however I have
other shares from other common properties and I have not been
deprived of my rightful shares.

4. That this affidavit is executed to apprise Registry of Deeds of such fact


and free the officers and employees of such office for any liability
arising from such transaction and for whatever legal purpose this may
serve.
