Job Description: Lead Coordinator

Position Overview:
As the Lead Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of real
estate operations. Your primary role will involve coordinating and facilitating the smooth functioning
of the real estate team, ensuring efficiency and productivity in the buying, selling, and leasing
processes. You will work closely with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional
customer service and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Coordination: Supervise and lead the real estate team, providing guidance, support, and
motivation to ensure they meet their goals and targets. Facilitate effective communication
among team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
2. Transaction Management: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process from start to
finish. Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and other involved parties to ensure a
seamless and timely transaction for clients.
3. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries,
concerns, and providing updates on property transactions. Ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
4. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing
strategies for properties. Assist in the creation of promotional materials, listing presentations,
and online marketing campaigns.
5. Database Management: Maintain and organize a database of properties, clients, and prospects.
Keep accurate records of transactions, communications, and client details for future reference
and follow-up.
6. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property values, and
industry developments. Conduct research and analysis to help clients make informed
decisions.
7. Schedule Management: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Ensure the real estate team's schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.
8. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, managing
paperwork, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
9. Training and Development: Identify training needs for team members and conduct workshops
or coaching sessions to improve their skills and knowledge.
10. Goal Setting and Reporting: Set performance goals for the real estate team and track progress
regularly. Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements and
areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:


 Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
 Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
