This cardigan is knit seamlessly from the top down. The
direction of knitting collar (a band of garter stitch) is knit first. Next you pick up
stitches along the edge of the collar, then place the stitches
from provisional cast-on onto the LH needle, and knit
across them. You then work the yoke with raglan increases
COLLAR to the underarm. Last you knit body and sleeves to the
provisional cuffs.
