Election to the office of the president and vice-president
of the Karnataka Medical Council.
Notice is hereby given that: -
The calendar of Events for the post of President and Vice-president
Karnataka Medical council for the terrr 2024 to 2029 has of
been notified in the
Council on 15-06-2024, which is as infra:
(1) An election shall be held to the offrce of the president and vice president
of the Karnataka Medical council on o2-o7-2o24 between
p'm' in the office of the Karnataka Medical council, 3 p.m. to 4.30
Vas.inthnagar,
Benga,luru.
(21 Nomination papers shall be delivered between the hours of
1l,o clock in
the forenoon and 3'o clock in the afternoon by a candidate
proposer or his
or seconder at the Office of the Returning Officer i.e. Registrar
of Karnataka Medical Council on any date not later
thal |ne 22-06-2024.
(3) Nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny by the Returning
at 3 p.m. on 24-06-2024 at Karnataka Medical bouncil. i officer
(4) Notice oF withdrawa,l of candidature may be delivered
candidate or by
by his proposer or seconder who has been authorized ina
writing by such candidate at the office of the Returning officer
i.e.
Registrar of K'M.c. upto o r-o7-2024 in between 1 1:oo
to 3:oo p.m.
(5) Nomination papers and notice of withdrawal shall be delivered

(6) In the event of Election berng contested, the voting will take place on
o2-o7-2024 between 3:00 p.m to 4:30 p.m. at the office of the Karnataka

O2-O7-2024 at 5:OO p.m.
