they had in yesterday’s lesson about rules in creating a

To create a master slide:
1. Click the View tab, then click the Slide Master
command.

the Ribbon.
3. In the left navigation pane, scroll up and select the first
slide. This is the slide master.
It's a good idea to revisit your presentation after making
changes to the slide master to see how they affect each slide
individually. It's possible that some of your slides don't appear
quite properly. We'll demonstrate how to correct this by
personalizing each slide's layout.
