  ● Height - 5.5" (14 cm)
Pattern notes:
Grim is made of several parts: the body, the hood, hands and the scythe.
When all of the parts will be crocheted they are sewed together.
Grim’s body, hood and arms are crocheted in a spiral. Use a stitch marker
to mark the end or the beginning of a round. Move the marker up after
completing each round. Scythe is crocheted by back-and-front.
All stitches except the BLO rows are crocheted into both loops.

Fasten off with an invisible join – Cut the yarn, pull the end through the
last stitch, use your yarn needle to thread the end through the 2nd stitch and
back through the middle of the last stitch, pull the yarn to create a false stitch
top over the first stitch, secure to the back and weave in ends. Leave a long
thread for sewing.
Crochet the other hand in the same way.
       Don't fill hand`s.
When 2 hands are crocheted, place them to the body so that they are
parallel to each other and to the center of the top of the body. Also, note that the
longer part of the bottom of the trunk is the reaper's back.
Make a thread fastening of the hands. Or sew hands - one parallel to the
floor, the other in a hanging position

7. 1 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 1 sc (10)

13. (4 sc, inc) x 4 (24)
14. (5 sc, inc) x 4 (28)
15. (6 sc, inc) x 4 (32)
16. (6 sc, 2 inc) x 4 (40)
17. 7 sc, 2 inc, (11 sc, 2 inc) x 2, 5 sc (46)
18. 8 sc, 2 inc, (13 sc, 2 inc) x 2, 6 sc (52)
Before crocheting many identical rows, it is convenient to mark the
beginning of crocheting these rows.
19-31. 52 sc (52)
32. 19 sc, 2 dec, 16 sc, 2 dec, 9 sc (48)
Now you need to fasten the hood to the body with pins.
Place the hood in the middle of the top of the body so that it is in front of
the hood (about 3 rows) in front of the body.
Now carefully sew the hood to the body using the remaining half-loops in
the 30th row of the body.
Cut the thread. Hide the tip of the thread.
SCYTHE
We will need a stick for the scythe, so I took a sushi chopstick. Then I cut
the stick with a knife in order to give it the required length.
With a white yarn, make a 4 ch. Then make 1 sc in a second loop from the
hook, 2 sc, ch, turn.
3 sc, ch, turn - 6 rows (Or the number of rows necessary for the canvas to
wrap around the stick). Then connect the two edges of the canvas with a sl st, as
in the photo below. It will be the base.
In order to crochet the blade - Make 10 ch. Then make 1 sc in a second
loop from the hook, 8 sc, 2 sl st in 2 base. 9 sl st along the blade.
Cut the thread. Hide the tip of the thread.
Attach the scythe to the reaper. Sew a braid to the reaper's sleeve with a
black yarn.
