RE: NOTIFICATION OF RENT INCREMENT

We act as solicitors to your landlord (our client), and write to


inform you, pursuant to his instructions, of an increase in the
annual rent for the apartment you occupy.

The rent will be increased from its current rate to ₦750,000 per
annum, effective January 1, 2025. We acknowledge that this
increase may cause some inconvenience, but we draw your
attention to the prevailing economic conditions.

We kindly request that you take necessary steps to comply with
