Contained apartment and appurtenance of the above address which you occupy
as tenant has been reviewed upwards to the rate of N230, 000 (Two Hundred and
Thirty Thousand naira) only, per annum.
This has become necessary based on high cost of materials in the maintenance of
the said premises.

ALSO TAKE NOTE: that this increment takes effect from your next payment in 1 st
January, 2026.
