Apple crumble

The quantities
For 6 Persons
125g Soft butter
150g Flour
6 Apples
150g Brown sugar
1 small spoon of
cinnamon
1 bag of vanilla sugar
Lemon
Utensils
1 oven
1 knife
1 salad bowl
1 wooden spoon
1 whip is cooked
1 cutting board
1 kitchen scale
1 dish
The steps
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees (thermostat 7)
Step 2
Peel, hollow out and cut the poles into coarse cubes, distribute them in an
ovenproof dish.
Step 3
drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar
Step 4
In a salad bowl, mix the flour and brown sugar. Then add the butter in small
cubes and mix by hand to form a lumpy dough.
Step 5
Crumble this dough on top of apples so as to cover them
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes of cooking
Step 7
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
