Subject: Training request
Dear Kim Chung,
I am writing to request some more professional training. As I have just been made a project leader of
a large team for the first time, I believe that it is important to attend a negotiation skills training
course. I have found an short - term smart course offered by PACE Management Academy. It is a
seven - day course and offers a professional qualification upon successful completion.
The upcoming negotiation skills training course presents a valuable opportunity for my professional
development. By enhancing my communication and listening skills, I can read the reactions of people
involved and learn how to listen carefully and ask the right questions.Furthermore, I realise the value
of careful planning and preparation, then develop strategies for each stage in a negotiation.
I would therefore like to attend this course in in two weeks time, if possible. I will schedule time to
work on important tasks for the project in the evenings and assign responsibilities to team members.
Committing to meeting deadlines will help maintain accountability and effective coordination, and I
will regularly monitor progress to make adjustments as needed
Please could you let me know if I can do it by to Friday afternoon because registration for the course
closes Friday evening. I attach full course details for your information. Thank you for considering my
input, and I look forward to your confirmation.
Kind Regards,
Do Thi Kim Ngan
