I understand that my account got suspended due to the creation of the improper listing variations.
e.g incorrect sizes and color attributes.

My intention was not to violate any Amazon policies I just wanted to create listings such that
customers would able to see all the types of products in single variation. i thought it will help
customers to search similar kind of products but it led to violate amazon policy.

I have thoroughly reviewed and corrected the product listings but the Amazon team was not satisfied
with it so I have deleted all the listings from my inventory and will create fresh listings after
reinstatement.

Preventative Measures taken:-

Delated All my listings and will create fresh listings for selling. I want customer satisfaction without
violating any policies.

I have been taken proper training of Listing and variation creation. Also checked YouTube videos and
Amazon videos which helped me to understand the correct listing creation methods.

Now All my employees who are involved in the listing are trained in the listing methods both single
listing and bulk listing.

All the listings will be done under my guidance and I am taking all responsibility for the issues that
happened and will take care of this in the future if I am allowed to sell again on Amazon.

This is my First time suspension and before this, I have never violated any policies of Amazon.

I have got only one type of complaint which is related to listing variation and this happened as we
have created listings which was not in the guidelines of Amazon. Amazon has notified us about this
but due to less knowledge of listing I was unable to do the correction and led to suspension.

I request you reinstate my account as I have learned the lesson and apologize for the issues that
