offer and a serious mark on my account due to concerns of an inauthentic
product listing.
First of all, I want to sincerely apologize to the entire Amazon team for this
mistake. I fully accept that I made an error by listing a product that did not
meet Amazon’s strict authenticity standards. I truly feel ashamed that this
happened, as I understand how important trust, authenticity, and customer
confidence are on the Amazon marketplace. I have always valued being part
of Amazon’s trusted community and this violation has been a huge lesson for
me.
Please know this was not done intentionally. There was no intention on my
part to mislead Amazon or its customers. However, I fully accept that lack of
attention or care is not an excuse. I am responsible for every product I list,
and I deeply regret that I failed to uphold Amazon’s policies in this instance.
Since this issue arose, I have taken strong and permanent steps to ensure
this never happens again:
1. I have removed all restricted and problematic listings from my
inventory to make sure that no such item is ever offered again on my
store.
2. I have reviewed all my suppliers and will now only buy from
authorized distributors or the brand owners directly, keeping
complete documentation like invoices and authorization letters.
3. I’ve taken time to thoroughly study Amazon’s policies,
especially those regarding product authenticity and intellectual
property, to make sure I understand and follow every rule moving
forward.
4. I have introduced regular checks on my listings to catch and
prevent any potential violations before they can occur.
This violation has been a serious wake-up call. I am fully committed to
protecting the Amazon platform’s reputation and the trust of its customers. I
value my relationship with Amazon deeply and I want to be part of this
marketplace for the long term — as a trustworthy and responsible seller.

violation from my account and consider reactivating my selling privileges. I
