TASSELS
Make 8 [9: 12] tassels as follows:
Cut 5 x 20 cm, 7 ¾ in, lengths of yarn for each tassel. Fold
lengths of yarn in half to form a loop, then, using layout
diagram as a guide for position of tassels, thread loop through
ch-sp at point of motif square along lower edge of base and
pull ends of yarn through loop. Trim tassels to even up.
