SLOW BURNING SENSATION

Words are truly powerful, we should always be mindful of our words


and actions due to the fact that it can possibly cause someone
discomfort and severe trauma.

Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior in which someone


intentionally causes another person to feel rejected, unloved, and
discomfort. In addition, the person being bullied doubt themselves
and lower their self-esteem, it may cause serious and long-lasting
trauma that might lead to self-destruction.

These are the different types of bullying such as teasing, name-


calling, inappropriate side comments, taunting, threatening to cause
harm and many more. Bullying can happen anywhere even in our safe
place, school, it can also happen in family gatherings or in the
internet.

Some people experience physical bullying, in this matter the predator


likely causes physical injuries that could scar for a life time on the
prey’s body. Not only it leaves a scar it can furthermore cause severe
illness.

Other people experience cyberbullying, using technology and internet


to harm someone by posting online threats, harassments, rude or
aggressive texts. This type of bullying may down other people and it
makes them feel that they’re not worth it. While the person causing
the harm to the victim might feel powerful and it could boost his/her
ego. Many people experience online bullying whether they did
something bad or made a small mistake, this causes the victim to feel
insecure and embarrass.
Verbal bullying is the type of bullying that repeats slandering and
ridiculing, for example name calling, making fun of their flaws and
mistakes, and being insensitive. This type of bullying can cause
someone to lose their confidence and isolate themselves from society.

Mental health is very important whereas it is one of the factors that


helps us do our daily tasks and helps us feel motivated throughout the
day. The people who get bullied will feel self-doubt, unlove,
unappreciated, unhappy and it will sometimes lead to depression, this
type of negativity can affect our mental health and ability to do daily
tasks. As a result, bullying can lead to anxiety, body dysmorphia and
it may increase stress.

Bullying is never a solution to fix momentarily mistakes that someone


has made. And it is never okay to make fun or other peoples flaws and
body shape, what the victim feels is always valid, and we should
never down someone just so we could be more uplifting because we
all have the same emotions and feelings. We should be mindful to
what will happen if we bully someone.

Bullying has a strong impact to us, not only it makes us unhappy it


also affects out mental health and physical health. Due to the fact, that
we tend to dwell in our sufferings than focusing on the outcome of
our hard-works, we tend to feel unmotivated and just focus on our
mistakes and flaws without actually seeing the good side. The toxic
environment will always have an impact on how we view our selves
and our worth. We should never bully and embarrass someone just so
we could feel momentarily happiness with our friends.
This is a reminder to ourselves to never use social media to
embarrass someone and make them feel less. Never bully someone
because we are not in their position, we should overview the after
effects of our action. We always have a better choice thus make the
right choice.
