We, the undersigned,

SYED KHAJA, S/O. SYED ISHMAIL,


H.No.13-6-434/D/100, Jyothibnagar, Langerhouse, HDFC Bank Lane,
Oppo. Site Pillar No.87, Hyderabad-500008.

AND

SYED RESHMA, W/O. SYED KHAJA,

Oppo. Site Pillar No.87, Hyderabad-500008. do hereby solemnly affirm
and declare as follows:

1. That we are both Muslims by faith and have entered into a valid Muslim
Marriage according to Islamic rites and customs.

2. That our marriage was solemnized on 24th June 2024 at Kings Crown
Convention, Satyanarayan Nagar, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad, Telangana
in the presence of elders, witnesses and relatives.

3. That we have been living together as husband and wife since the date of
our marriage.

4. That we have one child, named SYED AMAENA, who was born out of our
wedlock on 21st April 2025 at Hyderabad.

5. That this affidavit is being executed for the purpose of confirming our
marriage.

6. That the contents of this affidavit are true and correct to the best of our
knowledge and belief and nothing material has been concealed.
