I, ANDREW LUKE TITUS OMIEL (NIN: CM71039109EPAE) of VC 12 Valley Close,
Kyaliwajala, Village, Kyaliwaja ‘B’ Parish, Namugongo Sub-county, Kira County, Wakiso District
having been granted probate on the 25 July 2019 to execute the will of the late MARIE KEITA
OKUJA who died on the 29 January 2019; and having undertaken to execute the will and file a
true inventory of the said property and credits, hereby render the final accounts of the distribution
of the said property and credits to this Honourable Court.

The properties in possession of the deceased as at the date of her death coming under
administration are;

Land & houses
a) Residential House comprised in Kabuga Block 3 Plot 560 situated at Makerere Hill
b) Land comprised in Kyaggwe Block 111 Plots 782 & 657 situated at Mutuba IV Mawoto,
East Buganda District.
c) Land comprised in Kyaggwe Block 101 Plot 4927 at Misindye, East Buganda District.

The distribution of the said estate was carried out as follows;
1. A trust has been constituted for properties the following properties; Residential House
comprised in Kabuga Block 3 Plot 560 situated at Makerere Hill, Land comprised in
Kyaggwe Block 111 Plots 782 & 657 situated at Mutuba IV Mawoto, East Buganda
District and Land comprised in Kyaggwe Block 101 Plot 4927 at Misindye, East Buganda
District, for the benefit of all the listed beneficiaries.
2. Money on bank account No. 6003237670 ABSA Bank Uganda Limited has been taken by
Ms. Agnes Amony Okuja
And I ANDREW LUKE TITUS OMIEL do solemnly and sincerely swear that what is stated in
this final account is a true and accurate account of the distribution of the property and credits of
the late MARIE KEITA OKUJA (deceased) to the best of my knowledge and belief and make
this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
