Subject: Eviction Notice

Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. It is with regret that I am writing to inform you that, due to
substantial violations of the terms and conditions in our agreement, we have no choice but to
proceed with your eviction from the rental property. This decision has not been made lightly, and
we have exhausted all possible avenues to resolve the issues amicably.

Reasons of Eviction
Late payment of Rent and over dues.

Eviction Period
As of the date of this letter, you have 3 days to move from the property. The due date for
compliance is 2nd April 2025, failing which we will file a lawsuit to reclaim the property.

Collection of Personal Property


Please be aware that you have the right to remove your personal property from the premises
under local laws. We respectfully ask that you set up a time for the collection of your belongings
with us. Failure to do so may result in your possessions being disposed of in compliance with the
law.
Return of Keys and Security Deposit
The remainder of your security deposit will be returned to you once we have evaluated the
property, taken into account any outstanding amounts or damages as specified in the lease
agreement, and complied with all applicable legal requirements.
Legal Consequences
Please be aware that if you violate the provisions of this eviction notice, we will be forced to take
legal action against you. You might be held liable for any additional costs as a consequence,
including court costs and legal fees.
