APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 503 OF BNSS 2023 FOR RELEASING THE
VEHICLE WHICH WAS SEIZED BY POLICE IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED FIR
Most Showthfully submits:
1. That the above mentioned fir 081/2025 Ps. DLF Phase -ll which was
register on dated 21-04-25 by the police under section 285 of BNS.
2. That the applicant is the real owner of the vehicle and her husband
namely Yusuf ali who is accused was driving the vehicle at the time of
offence occurrence.
3. That my vehicle is impounded under above mentioned Fir which was
logged by me vehicle details is Maruti Suzuki Model ECCO bearing
registration no. DL3CCN9691.
4. That the applicant is owner of the above vehicle and the registration
certificate of the vehicle is annexed with application.
5. That the vehicle is my daily necessity as i am a cab driver .
6. That the applicant is law abiding person have path in law and justice.
Prayer:
It is therefore most humbly prayed that the Honorable court may
pass an order.
1. That pass an order to for the release my
vehicle on the superdari under section 503 of
BNSS of 2023 .
2. That any other order in favour of applicant

34/10, ward no.8, Mehrauli, South Delhi, 110030, (hereinafter referred
to as “Deponent”) do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I am the permanent resident of the above mentioned address.
2. That I am the lawful owner of the said Vehcile which is mentioned in
the application.
