SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, MONICA MARIE M. ATENDIDO, of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of San Roque St., Brgy.11, Catbalogan City, hereby appoint JHON
MAE L. SALUBAYBA, also of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of P-4,
Sitio Sto. Nińo, Brgy. San Andres, Catbalogan City, Samar, to be my true and
lawful attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following special powers, to wit:
TO REPRESENT AND APPEAR DURING THE PRELIMINARY
CONFERENCE/TRIAL AND HEARINGS BEFORE THE DOLE, SAMAR FIELD
OFFICE, CATBALOGAN CITY. SAMAR, THEREIN AND TO CONSIDER THE
FOLLOWING:
(A) THE STIPULATION/ADMISSION OF FACTS AND OF
DOCUMENTS;
(B) THE SIMPLIFICATION OF ISSUES;
(C) ADVISABILITY OF A PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE OF
ISSUES TO A COMMISSIONER;
(D) THE POSSIBILITY OF AN AMICABLE SETTLEMENT OR
OF A SUBMISSION TO ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION;
(E) TO ENTER, PROPOSE, ACCEPT AND APPROVE
COMPROMISE PROPOSALS, UPON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AND UNDER SUCH COVENANTS AS IT MAY DEEM FIT IN SAID
ABOVE CLAIM;
(F) TO SIGN ANY COMPROMISE AGREEMENT OR OTHER
SIMILAR DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE REQUIRED UNDER THE
PREMISES;
(G) SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS MAY AID IN THE
PROMPT DISPOSITION OF THE ACTION.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys-in-fact full
power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present and acting in person and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
thereof.
