THRO: Hiring Manager,

Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: APPLICATION FOR IT TECHNICIAN POSITION
I am writing to express my keen interest in the IT Technician position at Kiriri Women’s
University of Science and Technology (KWUST). Having previously completed my industrial
attachment at the institution from August 2023 to December 2023, I have gained valuable
hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the institution’s IT infrastructure
and operational requirements.
Currently, I am working at KWUST Cyber, where I continue to enhance my technical skills
while assisting students and staff with various IT-related services. As I await my graduation
later this year, I am eager to secure a stable position that will enable me to apply my expertise
effectively while contributing meaningfully to the institution.
My familiarity with Universities systems, combined with my strong problem-solving abilities
and dedication to excellence, makes me a suitable candidate for this role. I am confident that
my technical proficiency, coupled with my commitment to ensuring smooth IT operations, will
be of great value to the university.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experience align with the
institution’s needs. Please find my CV attached for your consideration. I look forward to your
