Butter Christmas
Cookies:
Cookies
• 6 oz cold butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• Approx. 3 1/4 all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or desired flavor)

Sift dry ingredients, add butter and mix until it turns


into a crumble. Add slightly mixed egg and vanilla
extract. Stretch dough between 2 plastic sheets, put
in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut cookies and put them in
the fridge again for 15 minutes more. Bake cookies
for 10 - 15 minutes - 375°F oven.

Icing
Melt 3 oz of chocolate (70%).
Dunk cookies into chocolate
(see picture). Add sprinkles.
