High School/Middle School Physical Education/Health instructor at the ____________School
District.
My Education at Dakota State University has provided me with opportunity of being able to
work with students and educators in my same field of interest. With my combined experiences
and acquired knowledge, it has developed me into a proactive individual that knows how to be
organized and can work with an administration.
During my final semester at Dakota State, I began my student teaching at the Madison middle
school teaching physical education grades 6th through 8th. I had the privilege to work with
children and staff that not only challenged me, but also allowed me to grow and develop into a
better educator. These opportunities enabled me to reach out to children with an array of maturity
levels, skills, and knowledge. Whether it is in the classroom or on the field, my experiences have
enabled me to develop effective lesson plans, learning strategies, and productive teaching skills. I
strive to promote a healthy, enjoyable and enriching learning atmosphere for every student. To
me theres nothing more rewarding than seeing children excel in any way that they can. I believe
with my versatile ability as an educator, I can bring much success to any school district.
