Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Family Amusement Centre (FAC) Floor and manage the day to day operations in the Centre. Implement open and closing operations as guided by the Manager in order to maintain safety and security of the Centre. Assist with floor operations by managing play zones where necessary. Implement and interpret policies and procedures to the staff, perform effective staff evaluation and make hiring, terminating and disciplinary recommendations. Education:   Bachelor's degree or Diploma 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
