Job Description
Role Overview: As an HR Services Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to execute end-to-end HR operations processes (Hire-to-Retire) with high quality and adherence to SLAs. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR Service Processes, ensuring compliance and process standardization. Additionally, you will drive harmonization of HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and AskHRS, as well as ServiceNow ticketing tools. You will also be creating interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in human resources or equivalent field. - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR Shared Services. - Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, AskHRS, ServiceNow ticketing tool, etc. - Familiarity with AI-based HR tools, RPA, and HR analytics platforms is a plus. - Strong understanding of HR Shared Services processes and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.,
