As an Inside Sales Manager at Alkemy, you will lead the inside sales team for B2C upskilling programs. You will be responsible for fostering a sales culture characterized by accountability, skill, and speed. Your role will involve designing scripts, refining objection-handling techniques, and training sales representatives to sell confidently using psychological tactics. Monitoring daily metrics and ensuring adherence to targets will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and align campaigns will also be essential. Your focus will be on building scalable systems rather than making excuses in case of target misses. To excel in this role, you are expected to have 5-7 years of hardcore inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or high-ticket products. Strong leadership skills, a track record of achieving challenging targets, and the ability to thrive under pressure are crucial. Your proficiency in coaching based on practical sales experiences and in-depth understanding of metrics such as CAC, lead-to-sale %, and call-to-conversion ratio will be vital.
