Even though the rules were posted, I was still confused and needed one-on-one assistance to answer my questions. I got in touch with Taha at Customer Service, and the response was really fast. She was patient even after I asked her the same question three times.

Don't waste your money buying a challenge from 1of1. They don't pay you out. I'm waiting for 3 Weeks now for just getting my payout request approved and the support does not even help you at all. In fact, the payout team is impossible to connect with you you don't even receive any information at all regarding your payout. I advise you to pick a trustworthy company instead who really care for their customers by paying them out.

I started using 1 of 1 back in March, Got funded within 6 trades (I'm him) I was expecting to get a certificate within a day or two, they said they were having issues so I said "whatever no big deal".
It took 2 weeks to see even the certificate saying I was funded...
Then I get enough to get a payout and they said they were having issues so I said "whatever no big deal".
This was back in April and i've had 2 account migrations and still NO payout till this day, (09/12/2024), and NO sign of one because this is all they say,
"We understand your frustration and want to address your concerns as clearly as possible. Our team is working to resolve your payout issue, and we appreciate your patience. We have reviewed your account, and the payout process is still in progress.
While we cannot provide an exact timeline, rest assured that the payout will be processed. We know this delay can be frustrating, but we aim to ensure everything is handled securely and accurately".

I opened a SOLUSD position on the platform, and when I checked the program an hour later, my position had been changed to AUDUSD without any action or input from my side. This was clearly a system error. I contacted customer service right away, and while they responded quickly, they were not helpful at all. They refused to assist or return my funds, blaming me for an issue that was entirely out of my control.
It seems that once they have your money, they don’t care about providing proper service or support. I feel like they are only interested in taking your money, and after that, you no longer matter to them. Very disappointing and frustrating experience!

Was switching prop firms from fundingtraders to 1of1 and this man completely sold it to me. Really a great prop firm for those who wanna take a serious step in trading.
