The support team is just bots that will never fix your problems or send it to a human to get fixed. The dashboard is costantly broken. Futhermore, they have halted multiple peoples' account over "breaching rules". The rules were breached by a glitch and they have only fixed a couple so far. However, unlikely they will even help more due to support being distasteful.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Customer support is not available. Responses to emails are rare, and if you're lucky, they respond after 1-3 days, even when you contact them during business hours. The broker they use is a complete scam. I lost many trades that would have been profitable because they claim it hit the stop loss when it was nowhere near it. I even sent my analyses and trades, but they couldn't do anything. I've now switched to FTMO, which I believe is the only prop firm you can trust these days. 1of1funding lures customers with their 100% profit split, but it's pure deception.

I even think their reviews is made by their friends and employees. Read the low star reviews and consider buying a challenge from this prop-firm one more time. I suggest that you spend a bit more on another prop-firm. Price and quality matches :)

I have had issues with my account as I'm reading others have too but to be honest, I expected and accepted that before my purchase. This company is in its infancy. They are offering what no other prop firm is offering 100% profit! Customer service is TOP NOTCH! Do not go through the chat portal, email them directly at support(at)oneofonefunding.com I guarantee they will address your issue and go above and beyond to satisfy any grievance. I cannot recommend this prop firm enough. I don't typically leave reviews but with the level of customer service I have received I felt that I at least owed them that! Do not hesitate to give them a try! And if you have any issue that needs addressing, email them directly. Way to go guys!! You are changing the game for us and I can't thank you enough!!

I bought a challenge yesterday and I haven’t received the login credentials for the account and I can’t login on my dashboard, where you’re supposed to be able to see the login credentials, because when I type in my email I don’t get a code… I’ve written emails to the support team AND I have started at least 8-10 conversations since yeasterday with the live support without getting any answer at all. 550$ gone just like that…

great that ADAM has quick replies with me and we discussed that there could be an islamic option that's swap free when purchasing a funded account, as we both agreed it would bring much more attention significantly to this amazing prop firm and people would buy it more especially from the muslim community. so it would be amazing if you guys add an islamic option when purchasing a funded account, like other main prop firms but they don't do 100% payouts. so all the muslim traders who see that a 100% payout prop firm and swap free prop firm, they'll instantly come this way and buy an account so I highly recommend!
