We were able to try out mattresses and toppers in store. The salesman was helpful but not pushy. We fell in love with a wool topper in the store and ordered it online. We were notified of a delivery date a few days later, and it was delivered today without incident. We're excited for sleeping on a wooly cloud tonight.

Amazing experience today at Austin Natural Mattress.
My goal is to have a "non VOC" for my family. Buying organic mattresses & pillows is a huge step in the right direction! Our beds is where we spend 7+ hours every night, while our bodies recover. No time for toxins!

Last weekend, I went into an Austin Natural Mattress store and tried several mattresses. I'm vegan and the sales person pointed out several vegan mattresses to try. I was happy with all of the mattresses and couldn't make up my mind right then on which mattress to buy. I came home, slept on it a few days, and then went online to buy the mattress I had settled on. It was very straightforward to find the mattress I wanted and to purchase it. Overall, it was a great combination of an in-store and online experience.

We were helped by Dalton Busby, who was very knowledgeable and guided us to our best choice. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns, we tried the mattress he thought best met our needs and it felt great. He then answered all our questions thoroughly and overall was pleasant, non-pushy, and genuinely interested in being of service throughout the entire process. We even got a Labor Day discount upon purchase which was a nice surprise! We felt the store was a wonderful showroom, and had great products besides mattresses, geared to folks who care about a more healthy lifestyle. So happy we have this great resource in our neighborhood!

Oh yeah - and the mattresses are great! Furnished our place in Colorado and Austin with these mattresses. They are super comfortable and we always get compliments on them from guests at the Colorado place.

It was so refreshing to visit Austin Natural Mattress’ Bee Caves store to look at beds today. I called before coming and spoke with Bert who gave me good preliminary info. When I got there, Bert was a pleasure to work with. He actually was concerned about what we wanted/needed and there was no pressure at all. The whole purchasing experience was easy, and we look forward to the new bed - which is good quality with no smells to out-gas - yay! Austin Mattress is a solid local business with good service and staff. I highly recommend them!

Charles was helpful in selecting quality mattresses that accommodated my needs and sleeping style, all within budget. He even matched me with a model that was significantly under my budget. I felt like I was given ample time to try each mattress out and didn't feel rushed to make a purchase.

I called the store to get information on available low profile, nontoxic mattress foundations, and the person with whom I spoke was very helpful! Price was great! None in stock, but I ordered easily online. Love the ApplePay option!
The website does need improvement of the search function. It took several tries to find the foundation the store rep had mentioned. I highly suggest this functionality is enhanced so customers dont leave the website before seeing all available products.

Dalton, at the North Austin location was EXCELLENT! We called ahead and got a 1 on 1 appointment and he was kind enough to close the store doors so that we could have the store to ourselves and check out mattresses! This was our first mattress buying experience (which can be a little overwhelming) but over the course of the two hours, he educated us on everything we needed to know about natural and organic mattresses and the different materials and comfort levels each type had. We left with a full set up, a wealth of knowledge, and a big smile! He gave us a great deal and very much enjoyed our experience with him. Thank you Dalton and Austin Natural Mattress!

Great experience! Dalton was incredibly helpful. We came with two beds in mind to choose from, but he redirected us to one we liked even better. He spent time to educate us and help us think of all the sleep scenarios that could help us make the right decision. Not to mention we had our 2 yr old in tow and he kept her entertained while we tested out our new bed. Very satisfied and will highly recommend!

The entire experience at Austin Natural Mattress was great. Steve helped me find the right bedding, including pillows which I have always had a terrible time finding and adjusting to. The king mattress is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and it’s done wonders for my chronic insomnia. And though my bedroom furniture delivery from another vendor was delayed for six months, I was given a loaner bed frame for free for that entire time! Talk about going above and beyond…

Great experience shopping for a new mattress! They have a nice selection of non-toxic sleep supplies, including both memory foam and latex mattresses. Dalton was quite knowledgeable about all the products and how they are made which made the decision making process easier. I’m looking forward to getting better sleep! Update: I received my new mattress and it's divine! I also splurged on an adjustable frame and it definitely has improved my sleep. It took two months for mattress to be made and sent here from Italy, but once it arrived in Texas, the delivery was swift and efficient. Wonderful experience!

In store sales person was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were great as well. Arrived In time and placed the mattress with no hassle.
Only recommendation would be to open the mattress a couple of days before delivery. It comes rolled up and they said it takes 48 hours to fully expand. While the unroll experience is neat to watch, I would have preferred to have an optimal sleeping experience the first night.

They are the only mattress store I have found with affordable pricing on chemical free kids mattresses! We live in San Antonio and this is the closest store to us to offer this. We purchased a full size mattress from Austin Natural Mattress for the guest bed in our baby’s room in 2015, and now in 2020 we have ordered 3 more twin mattresses from them for our boys who now have big boy beds. I recommend this store to all my friends who want chemical free for their kids, but don’t want to spend $1000 or even $500 on a kids mattress.
