I have been dealing with Pam at Comfort Zone for about 3-years now. She is a great person of major knowledge about wallbeds, beds and mattresses. I bought a beautiful wall-bed and she handled the sale from the beginning to set-up. Then when I moved to Oregon she arranged the tear down and packing of my wall bed for the moving company to pickup. Once again, she sent me a beautiful email thanking me for being a loyal customer. I asked her if she knew anyone between Eugene to Springfield, Oregon for a setup of the wall-bed and she said let me try. Pam goes above and beyond to help you in anyway possible.

Pam has been a delight to work with, providing printouts, showing creativity with a design for "hope chest" as well as for a piece 21" wide. Coupled with her creativity is the quality of the craftsman who makes the furniture (Jose? Juan?)
I couldn't be happier with the nice heavy wood used -- substantial, better than most new furniture I've seen, certainly superior to those custom-tailored to my space, as this is!

Professional job from beginning to end. Installation today was terrific and we are very satisfied with our new Murphy bed / desk combo. Great customer care all the way. Recommend them 100%.
Update - Just had a week full of visitors with 2 different sets of guests on the new Murphy bed. Both reviews were 100-Plus percent positive. Totally comfortable bed and new mattress (also purchased from Comfort Zone). So proud as a homeowner and host to hear their reviews! Everyone thought it was a really cool system.

Mike was VERY helpful and we picked the perfect guest sleeping solution. We went in to look at cabinet beds, but the couch bed, with a real, full sized mattress, was much cheaper and even more comfortable. This is the second product we've bought from Comfort Zone in Oxnard, and both times they exceeded our expectations for service, price, and product quality. They are highly recommended!

I purchased a Euro Deluxe Table Wallbed, with side pieces. It is terrific. Installation was relatively quick and easy (they installed). It looks great, is very functional, does exactly what I needed. If I ever need another convertible bed (they have options that are in cabinets as well), I'll definitely go to Comfort Zone Sleep Gallery.

Sharon was extremely friendly and knowlegeable, zero pressure as I was picking out mattresses for my kid's new bunk bed. She led me to a fantastic and reasonably-priced foam core option that we are very happy with. We'll buy from them again soon. Seems like a better deal than all those online mattress companies, and the quality is great. My mom is notoriously picky about mattresses and now she insists on sleeping in the bunk bed when she visits!

Cynthia personally helped me to find a mattress that suited our needs for a guest bedroom. Great local furniture store. They specialize in bunk beds and wall beds, but have a good selection of basic platform beds too. We got 3 beds here - two with under-bed storage drawers for our kids, and one basic platform bed for the guest room. All made of solid rubberwood. Easy to assemble and feels robust, like it will last for a long time - unlike other stores beds made of compacted straw. Sharon is great to work with and very helpful as well.

We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

In your specific case, we knew up front that there was going to be a long lead time, which is why we provided you with a loaner frame for you to use when your company arrived. Obviously, we did a poor job of explaining that lead times slow down substantially during the holiday season and that your lead time would take a significant number of weeks.
