A scam I fell for and lost no weight after nearly 7 months of use. When I tried to return Fitspresso offered a one on one consultation with a coach who then rescheduled the appointment via email at 3am the morning of but the company continued to text me as if our appointment was on schedule. Sadly, the 175 day trial had passed so no refund guaranteed after that. I gained 12 pounds since I started Fitspresso and their other product, Sugar Balance. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! NOT ONE BOTTLE!!!

I've been taking this for months and there's no great weight loss at all! I've got unused bottles setting around and about all they're good for is a little extra "vitamin" to my regimen of vitamins. Too much trouble to try for any refund even before the time limit so I'll just take as supplement. I don't even think there would be any harm than taking more per day than told to take!

I’m having good luck with Fitspresso, but I’ve been a successful dieter before. But I only have to lose 10#. I’m even only taking one pill instead of 2. So maybe everyone is different and it’s worth a try since it’s guaranteed. Everyone has to choose for themselves… But I give it a thumbs 👍🏽 🆙

I would give this product -100 stars if I could.
I took it like they directed, I bike 5-15 miles a day and did not loose any weight. I called after taking 3 bottles to get a refund and they told me I had to use all 6 before I could get a refund. When I called after taking all 6, they said I could not get a refund since I was too late. Then the customer service guy who barely spoke English hung up on me.
This product is crap.

Wow I am so gutted I just wasted over 30 minutes of my time on this long and drawn out video, but had to watch until the end when she was saying eat whatever you want. Not to mention getting fatty liver or heartache from all the bad foods.

I sell and drink 1 cup of chicory coffee a day, and losing steadily everyday and 4 times cheaper than this rubbish.

Look up the benefits of chicory. It’s a natural prebiotic so also great for your gut .

Watched the ridiculously long infinite like ad video where someone tells a fictional life story shows fake videos of “scientists moving fake holograms with their fingers” and talks until they are blue in the face. What a waste of time glad I decided to look it up on trust pilot before giving them any details or money. There are so many things that don’t make sense in their ad and very obvious red flags. This is one of the biggest online scams I have ever seen and as someone on Reddit pointed out they filtered their websites and key words on the internet to make it so if you search fitspresso and scam or is it legit? It just brings you to more ads and fake articles saying it’s legit and works when it is not legit and doesn’t work from what I have heard from people on Reddit and all the reviews I have read. Also I can’t see any proof that it is safety approved by fda or any world regulatory organisation. All of this screams scam and red flag and people have fallen for this. YouTube should not be allowing scam ads like this on their platform. This “product” sounds to good to be true and it is. That is the best advice I have ever heard.

I clicked on the Fitspresso ad on You Tube and patiently watched the 30 minute video which was very good explaining their scientific research about being able to eat, not diet, and still shed unwanted fat cells for weight loss. While the sales pitch was winding down, I started to check reviews. It was difficult to find a review that was not attached to a Fitspresso site so I am happy to find reviews here at Trustpilot.
Thank you all for your input. I was a nano second away from hitting submit. I was glad to read, for the most part, their customer service honored the advertised refund policy.
So, I will continue to adhere to that old adage, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and check reliable reviews!

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews here before I provided these scoundrels with my credit card number. I called and canceled the order within minutes of making the purchase, knowing it was a scam, after being 'warned that I would be charged twice if I left their video presentation early. After a week without seeing a refund, I called back only to find out that the order had already been shipped and I needed to return it for a refund. Of course the product was never delivered. The UPS tracking details show it was not delivered, and 'customer service' insists I must return the product before a refund is issued. How can a company continue to defraud people for so long and with such impunity? It's disgraceful knowing these crooks aren't in jail.

Ooh dear as a desperate person i watches the whole video and been cheated Several times before hence looked for reviews. Too good to be true should have guessed there is no easy way out. Otherwise would have been news.
Is the professor in the video fake? How can they do a thing like this curse on scientist!!! Rest are just advertising it.sad my journey will not end here. For those whom it has worked please can you add the site u got from and you weight before and after and in how long

FALSE ADVERTISING!
When I see the preview, it shows a coffee trick of adding something to your morning coffee. Then you watch the video waiting for the special ingredient and they come up with pills. I tried the pills, but they DID NOT work.

It's nothing short of stealing.
Fortunately the repetitious spill and the miracles from this product clearly smacked American Scam. Even the name Fitspresso.

Oh thank you Trustpilot and all you wonderful honest folks who left reviews! I, like so many other desperate people almost fell prey to this scam! Gotta hand it to the scammers, the actress was super convincing, even had me in tears at one point. These guys are good. They know exactly which buttons to push for an emotional response that makes you feel connected to the seller! So glad I remembered to always do my research, got out of the emotional response and didn't pull the trigger on these!

I patiently watched their video and truly believed the product might work. I ordered quite a bit of the product as they kept promoting deals with each increased order. I received the first bottles in early December 2023 and been taking without fail since I received it. I have not lost one pound. After giving it a good 8 months - I still have 6 bottles left and inquired if I could return what I have left. GUESS WHAT! I missed the window of return!! Why did they let me order so much??. Because they want your $$ and to sell you other worthless products SHAME on you Kristi Rivers "The Soul of Fitspresso"

This product DOES NOT WORK. I gave it plenty of time to kick in (60 days) and was very careful to eat healthy. My weight didn’t budge even one pound. I’m going back to GOLO. I lost 20 lbs on that and should never have switched.

Didn’t do anything for me so I’m about to find out how well they stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. I was supposed to send back the empty bottles along with any unused bottles but I received an email back saying I can get a full refund even though I only have one full and one half empty bottle - no empty bottles. Fortunately, I discovered just in time that my refund request and return of the unused portion of my order must be completed 5-days prior to the end of my “180-day trial period”, so I guess it’s really a 175-day trial period. I will post an updated to this review when I find out whether or not they honor my refund request.

Update:

I received a 100% refund after mailing the product back to them and emailing them the tracking number. If I had waited three more days I wouldn’t have qualified for a refund according to their website. If you’re not satisfied with Fitpresso, be sure to contact them well before the end of your “180-day trial period” and carefully follow their return instructions!

What an elaborate scheme to prey on weakness and insecurities of both women men and even the elderly lol. Did they forget the diabetes cure angle or is that for their 'other' products they rotate these herbal ingredients into periodically...hmm! Only thing that could deliver results like this that you mix with coffee is ephedrine and of course that was banned early 2000's! Shame on this company promising a magic bullet. Don't be fooled! Just intermittent fast...low carbs/zero processed foods, portion control, hydration, adequate sleep of 7+ hours nightly to control cortisol and 3 sessions of 30 mins moderate cardio a week is enough for sustained results of 1 lb to 2 lbs fat loss a week.

This company says their product will help you loose weight. I’ve been on it for almost 2 months, and lost nothing. It’s made me feel horrible, depressed and brain fog. I’m not sure how to return it because I bought off a Facebook ad. I’m afraid I bought the fake version. Has anyone else had these side effects? Thanks

I gave it one star, and if there was a minus star rating I would have given it that. Believing their 100% money back guarantee I requested my refund on June 1, 2024. I had to return the product and email the USPS receipt, which I did. On August 13, because I inquired where my refund was, they requested I send another copy of my receipt, which I did. On August 27, 2024 the company send another request for the receipt, so I provided the receipt for the third time. Then on August 30, they emailed "sorry, you are outside the window for the return". This is a SCAM. They will not honor their return policy.
