Visiting the Butterfly Garden in Abu Dhabi was a magical experience! As soon as you step inside, you’re welcomed by a vibrant paradise alive with colors and fluttering wings. The lush foliage, meticulously maintained gardens, and serene ambiance create an enchanting atmosphere.

One of the highlights of our visit was the interactive butterfly release program. Watching the delicate butterflies take flight felt like witnessing a moment of pure joy and freedom. It’s a captivating experience, especially for children who can learn about these fascinating creatures while participating in something so special.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share interesting facts about the various species. The indoor climate-controlled environment allows you to enjoy the beauty year-round, adding to its charm.

Whether you're a nature lover, a family looking for a fun outing, or someone simply seeking tranquility, the Butterfly Garden is a must-visit. It’s a lovely reminder of the beauty of nature, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide Gia was informative, entertaining and attentive to all the participants on the tour. She went out of her way to show us things, including some extras not officially on the tour. The driver Wayne was friendly, and an excellent driver. The tour took us to two sites on the Grand Canyon and the Hoover dam. It was breathtaking and educational. I highly recommend this tour.

Once again we trusted on Headout to get an experience at Island ofAdventure Orlando. Everything went well as expected!

What an interesting insight to this historical prison. The audio tour was absolutely brilliant with background sounds to set off how it felt to be there as an inmate. It was heart wrenching to hear how they were treated but elating to learn that some had made something of themselves when they left. The cells were awful and you could imagine the life they had. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area - it was well worth the 2.5 hour round trip with the ferry crossing being an added bonus. i'd recommend moving onto Pier 39 afterwards to see the Sea Lions!

I bought tickets for the Uffizi galley but when they were delivered they were for a different day and I was refused admission. Customer service is a bot that just repeats tickets are non refundable. I feel cheated and will never use this company again and advise others to avoid it. I have screen shots and emails to support this review

It was a very pleasant and interesting trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the guide's commentary—she was a delightful, smiling young woman—as she shared fascinating stories and legends about the various places along the way. We admired the impressive scenery, with its fjords, waterfalls, and small villages; we even spotted isolated houses with no access roads, which made us reflect on a life lived in harmony with nature.

Warning to travelers: avoid booking with Headout. I had a confirmed booking under Karla Mateos for 2 adults (Booking ID: 33922337) on September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM for the Boston Whale Watching Cruise. Since they did not fill the boat, the tour was not conducted and they arbitrarily cancelled it, denying a refund under the false excuse of "bad weather" on a perfectly clear day.
​On top of that, they rely on hidden non-refundable policies that are completely non-transparent during checkout. When I spoke to a representative via chat, I suggested applying my balance toward another activity, but they flatly refused, offering only a paltry 25% discount on a future purchase. In short: they cancel for their own financial convenience, keep 100% of your money, and expect you to pay them again. The customer always loses while they always win. Absolute scam of a platform.

The cruise was an absolutely wonderful experience, which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. It was very well organised and the staff were very polite, friendly, efficient and welcoming. The food was very tasty! Great to see all the landmarks, especially the Eiffel Tower from the river, which looked amazing when lit up.

I was able to easily contact headout customer service and find my tickets those were sent to my email following my entry was very smooth with my friends. Enjoyed the visit to Penguin Parade.

As everything in Turkey is absolutely a Rip off this one is actually good and not expensive.
