We absolutely loved this tour! Laura, our guide was fantastic. After meeting us, she walked us to the local marketplace where she explained everything about the ingredients for the food we would make. Our home-based cooking teacher was marvelous. She showed us how to prepare and cook our meals, then we all sat down to enjoy our work. What an amazing experience. We would recommend this to anyone who visits Merida!

A vital travel app. Many experiences at what seem to be best prices (ask other travellers the price they've paid). Used for 2-3 years, including in Antalya, Orlando and Prague. Only one weekend ticket date change that caused an issue at the gate, which was resolved via WhatsApp.

- advertise a low SALE price but when checking ANY date it's not available
- have problem communicating messages to vendors. I wanted to reschedule a trip but the vendor never replied. When I went on the scheduled tour the vendor showed to me that no emails from GetYourGuide came in

We enjoyed the Windsor Castle and St George Chapel tour! The audio guide makes it easier to understand what we were looking at. The audio guide was very informative and interesting to listen to.

We especially enjoyed the St George’s Chapel where we could pay respects to Queen Elizabeth II and see where she was interred. it was a very moving experience.

The website/ app holds your bank details after making a payment. My account was logged into (not by me) and events/ experiences were purchased (not by me) using my card. I told get your guide and they couldn’t do anything because after you book something (which I didn’t) they cannot give you a refund. FRAUD AND THEFT DO NOT USE!

Mark was inviting, funny and made you feel like he was a friend. He provided an amazing walking history tour filled with spooky stories that might leave you wondering but the historical areas shared you may not find on your own. Well worth the walk and your time when you visit Glasgow.

I was recommended to use GetYourGuide to book two trips when visiting Krakow, Poland by a friend who had used this previously. The website was easy to use, search and book and all instructions were made clear. The trips were also well organised and I enjoyed them both. Booked a tour last minute for Auschwitz, the tour company I had booked with two months ahead cancelled on me twice. Get your guide was a last chance of doing the tour, Sebastian was fantastic. In the most horrible wet conditions fetched us from our hotel organised entry and guide tickets. Had a good experience.
Second tour in Warsaw was a skip the Queen with audio guide, smooth plain sailing.

Just returned from Dubai and we booked 3 trips through GetYourGuide before we arrived. We did a sunset super yacht cruise, La Perle and the Burj Khalifa with dinner. All excursions were exactly as described and tickets etc through the app were so easy. will definitely book through them again.

I booked a trip with this company to celebrate our four year anniversary. The pick up time was supposed to be confirmed the day before. I messaged the tour operator frequently through the day asking for a pick up time which was ignored. This was a trip in Egypt where therefore personal safety is key. The tour company confirmed the pick up time after 10pm at night only after I had complained to getyourguide and requested a refund. Given that the situation had come to this and a pick up was confirmed less than 12 hours before the pick up I expected a refund but this was refused. I am consider a small claims action as a matter of principle and will look at how I can escalate my complaint through the legal channels.

This Company is amazing for follow up and responses to your questions.
I had problems with a making a booking for a transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka and a booking for a day tour in Georgetown, Penang.
The quick response/help I received from staff members and even the tour company in Georgetown was first class.

Excellent Service from GYG
In September 2024 we booked 3 different tours in Madeira through Get Your Guide. The tours were all very good, timely reminders from GYG, drivers were excellent and guides all knowledgeable. Would definitely continue to use GYG in future.

We did the original discovery walking tour of Berlin. Our tour guide Eran was fantastic. He was very informative and showed us and told us all about the sights.
My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we would have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone. Get your guide are great and we have never had an issue with them.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!!

Booked a boat trip in Dubai, our disabled daughter (POD) became unwell that day in our hotel so we couldn’t make it. We asked for a refund, they said no. We asked to swap to a different evening so our daughter didn’t miss out and was told no. Absolutely awful customer service and do not want to help at all. They are just after your money.

Was really easy to make a booking on the same day. The booking was with a great provider, have used GYG for a few tours and all have been with reputable business in different countries. All relevant information is provided. Would definitely recommend making arrangements through them!

Mix up with the meeting time, we were told 12.35 but head office had a 2.35 pm meeting time for our culinary tour of Bratislava. Our 5 hour tour was rushed through in 3 hours & instead of the guide ending the tour back at the pickup point she left us at the last cafe stop, so we had to fumble our own way back though the old town streets in the freezing cold & rain to the bus stop to get back to Vienna & got lost in the process, the bus was late.

The guide was really nice and had the best intentions, unfortunately the journey was terrible, it took us ages to get to Como due to traffic so we ended up not going to Bellagio. We felt rushed throughout and to top it up we had an incident in the highway with the bus and we ended up staying there for nearly 3 hours! We arrived back in Milan at 10 pm! Not the bus driver’s or guide’s fault but we did not enjoy the tour.

This tour was organized by VIETNAM ADVENTURE Tours. Guide Vinh is exceptionally attentive and caring. He remembered every detail about your personal inquiry and didn't leave a question unanswered. He is outgoingly helpful und very knowledgeable about things even outside the tour. A true gentleman always ready to assist even without asking for it. The activities are wisely chosen, interesting and tasty. There was not one boring moment. I have very much enjoyed this satisfying tour and recommend it highly.

The tour was well organised. Instructions on the meeting point were sent to us prior to the boarding time. The ship Amelia Rose is comfortable and clean. The guide is super helpful in directing us to see minke whales and dolphins. We were lucky to have got to see them in a close distance. The whale watching tour was much more fun than we had expected. It was a highlight of our activities in Reykjavik.

Booking was easy. Tickets and activities were easily accessible and informative. Only 1 hiccup with a tour but it was my fault that I didn't read the included section close enough. I thought I booked a guided tour with skip the line tickets. But the tickets did not include the guided tour. Again, my fault for not reading close enough. I will definitely be using thus app for our future travels.
