Very impressed. All trips were organised perfect. Also very helpfull and flexible. We were having difficulties getting back to hotel on time for pick-up and contacted Getyourguide. They rescheduled pickup so we could still participate. Compliments!

I've been to Paris many times and so basic guides like this have little real value. That said, I can see how it might allow new visitors to make the most of their holiday. Paris is a fabulous city with many diverse attractions. Short guides like this help to put you on the right path.

There are plenty of trips you can pick from, the only thing that could be better is that you have to keep scrolling through the activities for popular places on the Web site. You add one to your cart and you have to go through the same scrolling activities before another page of things to do comes up.

Very Very Bad Service!!! Avoid them.... We are a four member family. We have 2 small children and wanted to visit the Berlin Parlament, and booked a tour with Getyourguide 5 days before the tour. We have receive an email that they will confirm or cancel our booking in 48 hours. We didn't get any information about our booking. After emails that we send and phone calls we made they cancelled our tour 30 minutes before the tour begins. In that time all my family was going to the tour. We missed an entire day of our four day vacations in Berlin, and we diden't visit the Reichtag.

We have now used this tour/excursion company 3 times in both Prague and Budapest. The guides are approachable, informative and speak excellent English. Pick up from your hotel is often available free of charge and the tour content has always been excellent.

We used Get your Guide in Reykjavik, Iceland and could not have been happier! The range of excursions matched those of any tourist office and more! All of the companies we travelled with were excellent and we had no issues with printed/e-tickets. When one of our tours was cancelled due to bad weather, it was so easy to book a last minute alternative on here! And Get your Guide were quick to begin the refund process. I have recommended this app/site to all my friends/family planning any travels! I just wish I'd discovered this sooner!

I booked a short boat tour as an exciting way to end our trip to New York. Unbeknownst to me there was an error with the booking that the company tried to notify me about through email. Being the attentive person that I am I didn't pick these up. Rather than just ignore that the company continued to try to contact me eventually calling me from mainland Europe (I'm in the UK) to discuss a new booking or refund. I rebooked and when I got to New YORK got reminders about the trip as well as Etickets which were perfect as I didn't have to find a way to print them out (I'm obviously very organised) all in all the trip was a real highlight for us only made even more perfect through the commitment and helpfulness of the GetYourGuide staff. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

Let me just say if I could do - stars I would. Got tickets for my wife's birthday to your San Diego. I live 6 hours away and we rented a hotel for a couple days. All was ok for the first day until these guys call me hours before our tour time to say that it was cancel and I had to reschedule for another day (like I have money to pay for a hotel for a hole week. These guys are idiots and I would be very careful if you do desire to go with them. They will NOT reimburse my money and it's not cheap. Will never due business with these guys again.
