Auschwitz-Birkenau: Tour with Hotel Pickup + Lunch Box

Pick up was prompt. Van was clean. Driver was very friendly and talkative. Lunch was spot on. There are cheaper options to plan the visit yourself by train or by Uber (these are very cheap) , but its a long journey , station is a bit of a walk from camp with no guarantee on the weather and also the stress of trying to time it right for a guided tour when most people are on short stay vacations , I would highly recommend booking this tour.

Unique expérience in the Eternal City

The different visits were well-organized, with the guide being on time, and the tickets well distributed in Castle SantAngelo.
The only critics is about the Vatican visits, where it was not clearly states that the visit to the Dôme did incluse the Basilica.

A very good company to do business…

A very good company to do business with. Easy peasy to order tickets and we had a great experience in Italy. Easy to follow instructions at the big attractions (ie St. Peter’s Basilica) and a guide that made entrance simples and we beat the huge crowds! Highly recommended.

Any misstake and you should write to customer service

We was trying to book tickets outside Fuengerola Zoo. It faild and after another try I managed to book to the wrong zoo, I booked Valencia Zoo by misstake. So before engering and befofore buying the correct tickets I tried to call cusomer service but there was only an answering machine. So bought new tickets to Fuengerola Zoo and sent a message for canceling the Valencia tickets. However TIQETS first refuse to refund me although we havent been able to enter. However - they changed there mind and sorted all out:) So I'm happy again and I like to thansk them for the service.

RECOMMENDED!!

Hassle free easy to use and above all updated availability. I've spent several hours looking for available tickets until I install the Tiqets app and booked all my tickets in minutes. Yes you do pay some royalties but it does worth your time and frustration.

The tour to the Abbey of Melk was…

The tour to the Abbey of Melk was fantastic. Our tour guide was super besides which you could enjoy a bus ride and a lovely boat ride on the Danube with the most fantastic lunch of a typical Austrian/Hungarian sausage called “Debreceni”. We've used Tiqets twice now

We've used Tiqets twice now: once for the Galleria Borghese in Rome and recently for the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul. We used Tiqets because we could not process our tickets through the websites of the above-mentioned places. Tiqets provided us with an easy, skip-the-line experience, and we were very happy about that.

Eiffel Tower skip the line

The tour of the Eiffel Tower with a tour guide Leonardo was seamless and saved us a lot of time. Leonardo’s passion for the history of the tower and Paris made the experience truly engaging, as he shared fascinating stories and pointed out key landmarks from the top. Strongly recommend.

Still no response to my complaint to customer services!

Despite your note below I HAVE NOT had a reply to my email. I have just re emailed you to request that you resend the email that you have supposedly send!!

Tiquets commented on my previous review to state that their customer service team have responded to my email.

I updated my review to state that in fact I HAVE NOT had a reply to my complaint. To date this is still fact, I have had no response to my email. I would appreciate a response with an answer to my questions

So simple to book!

So simple to book the trips to the Eiffel Tower, bus tour and boat trip. Office near Champs De Mar was easy to find, tour guides were excellent and all of the queues were jumped!
Can’t recommend Tiquets enough!

Ticket experience went perfect

Ticket experience went perfect. We had to buy an additional ticket afterwards and they were sold out through the official website. Line was much shorter going through security vs. the tickets purchased through the official website.

The app was easy to use, company policies very inflexible.

The app was easy to use, chose the refund option which cost an extra 5 euro. I booked a Pompeii guided tour, when I arrived at Circumvesuvian railway there was a four hour strike so was unable to get to Pompeii before the start time of the tour. When I contacted Tiqets was told I could not be booked on tour the next day nor could I get a refund. I disputed the transaction with my bank and was refunded the full cost. Tiqets were very inflexible.

Buy somewhere else

Horrible - don’t waste your money!
We booked weeks and weeks in advance just to get a phone call less than 24h in advance saying they want to move our tickets to two days later. Obviously we can’t as we have flight tickets back home the day before and then they say they have to cancel our tickets because there is none.
Okay? So why did we give you our money? And why do you tell us this now when we paid you for tickets WEEKS in advance???? This should have been done before??? Why tell us less than 24h in advance that you did not do your job properly???
Absolute scam, get your tickets for your tourist attractions somewhere else.
Also such unhelpful and rude customer service, my god get another job without interactions please

Beautiful evening

It was very nice evening. Beautiful music, dancing, singing, tasty Hungarian food. I was very happy this evening. Landscape of Budapest is excellent. I love capital of Hungarian.
