I love the E+E Eric Wall Mount

I love the product, E+E Eric the Hare Wall Mount. It’s beautiful and well made. Gave it only 4 Stars because it had a little damage where the chain is attached the metal ring was really bent but Instead of sending back I’m sure we can just bend back in shape. It was well packaged so not sure why this happened. It also had a small spot that the brass was rubbed off. Just didn’t want to go to the trouble of sending it back.

A Hedge above the Rest

Great customer service-refreshing to have a 'live body' answer the phone! I called to ask questions before placing my order & ended up having to return part of my order. From start to finish, the HedgeApple team was prompt and professional. Will definitely use them again and refer to my real estate clients!

My coffee table is just perfect

My coffee table is just perfect. It is as handsome as I thought it would be. I worried about the shipping of the glass top and possible damage to the metal base but they were packaged unbelievably well. I was informed early and often about when I could expect the shipment, and the shipper stayed in contact during the delivery process. I really couldn’t be happier.

Happy customer

I had previously ordered 2 of these from another company. One of them came all banged up and broken, so I sent it back. Turns out it was their last one so I couldn’t order a replacement. I was skeptical ordering from here as I have never ordered from them before and was concerned that the box would get all beat up by fedex again. I was proven wrong. The box came in perfect condition via a local delivery company and the piece is pristine. I am thrilled with the care taken to get this delivered all the way to Alabama in one piece. I highly recommend this company.

I received my order and the table was…order received and damage to table

I received my order and the table was damaged. I emailed pictures and called. They will be delivering another table and taking the damaged one. Customer service was very helpful. Only downside is having to wait again.

Amazing!

Your staff is amazing! I ordered pillows that arrived on time, they were packaged nicely and every time I called a real person anwered all my questions. Another company had my money for six months and I never received the pillows. Definitely buying more from Hedgeapple!

Hedgeapple is not asleep at the wheel.

I provided a PO Box delivery address, and I was contacted within 24 hours and asked for a street address so UPS delivery could be completed. I am involved with 2 other companies right now who tried to ship to my PO Box via UPS. Of course, the packages were returned and now I am struggling to get refunds. Bravo to Hedgeapple for being able to catch address issues before they become stubborn problems for shipper and customer alike!! Also, the item I ordered is lovely and I am completely satisfied.

Couldn’t believe the great price we got…

Couldn’t believe the great price we got on two accent chairs! They were hundreds below other websites and $1200 less than our local furniture store. Arrived quickly, the freight company called us and set up an appointment for delivery, it all went very smoothly. Thanks Hedgeapple!

I finally received my bed

I finally received my bed, and what a disappointment. The boxes were all destroyed and re- taped, not a great start. Upon opening them, pieces start to fall out, that had been damaged, and were clearly destroyed. The bed is certainly pretty, but the quality is so poor. All the fabric is stapled together, and visible, because the under fabric was all torn. I will be asking for compensation, terrible service as well.

Our item arrived on time and it looks…

Our item arrived on time and it looks as expected. The item was a little slower than expected in shipping from the store but the overall time from Oder to deliver was fine. The delivery guys offered to unpack the item for a tip which was a bit off putting. Overall, we’d consider purchasing other items from the seller.
After nearly a month I am starting to notice that the veneer is starting to chip in random areas around the table.

I initially left a low rating because the bowl that I received had flaws. Hedgeapple proactively reached out to me and made it right by sending me a new bowl in perfect condition. This is a company who takes customer service seriously. I will buy from them again.

Picture color is wrong

This Kalco fixture appears to have silver/nickel colored metal in the photo, but in reality, it is bronze. Beautiful bronze. I hesitated for a long time to purchase this because I wanted bronze to match my Kalco lamp. The absolute absence of the matching lamp/pendant in the same set eventually convinced me that the problem was the photo not the fixture. The opportunity to return the lamp if it was an error eventually sold me. I would strongly recommend a more representative picture be placed on the website. It would probably improve sales.

The delivery was prompt, and the fixture was packaged well. Although it was fragile, no damage was noted.

Great customer service

One item was unavailable after ordering. i got an email with instructions to call them. The customer service agent was very pleasant, very helpful and after offering a similar item that would not work for me, got a refund underway which promptly appeared on my credit card. Will definetly use this company again.

Hedgeapple is a great place to shop.

I enjoy shopping on Hedgeapple. They have a large selection of items. I have only made 2 purchases so far but they will be my “go to” online store.
