Pararius is an online platform for real estate agents. These agents use our platform to bring their property listings to the attention of as many potential renters as possible. Due to the large reach of Pararius, they can effectively showcase their listings.

To ensure all properties listed on Pararius are genuinely available, we conduct rigorous checks. However, as the responsibility for keeping property listings up-to-date also lies with the real estate agents and landlords, we don’t have full control over this aspect. That said, we are the only housing platform in the Netherlands that goes to such great lengths to keep our listings current. We monitor listings from real estate agents daily and also index listings from across the country.

Dear Marina, real estate agents publish and remove properties from Pararius. Every hour we do many quality checks in order to check if this is correctly done. Therefor we would like to know which property was still online. Could you please send us an email to info@pararius.nl so we can investigate the issue? This would help a lot!

Pararius is a housing platform where real estate agents publish listings. We operate independently and do not verify compliance with regulatory laws. While we prioritize the quality of our platform and do not tolerate illegal practices, we take necessary actions when needed.
In response to your report, we have contacted the real estate agent and in consultation with them, we decided to take the property offline.
