Returning this keyboard has been nothing short of a nightmare. Bought the wrong colorway initially and attempted to return it and was met with resistance at every angle. Bought the colorway I intended to buy on Amazon,love the products , it’s the support that sux. LOVE MY “HALO” colorway the lights on this board are fantastic. It was easy to mod and the keycaps really make the “Halo” the best choice.

I have taken screenshots proving this company is still actively selling this item despite confirming to me it is out of stock. First time buyer and last time buyer untrustworthy site.

(Royal kludge I went directly to paypal after you guys wouldn't respond within 2 mins they sided with me. Poor inventory managment doesn't excuse what it is.)

Their product line is amazing and comes at very competitive prices. I’m currently using their keyboard, which feels great and premium. The only thing I might suggest is adding a headphone jack. Overall, I highly recommend their products. Customer service after sales is also very swift and reliable; worth mentioning.

You know when you've got a good product when you enjoy that creamy, clicky sound you get when typing on the RK F99 AI keyboard. I also purchased the RK MG5 mouse which is a great companion for the keys. Customer service and the follow up communication also shows that RK care about their products.

Great customer support and great product. I bought a c98 HE. Coming from cherry mx brown and then reds, i thought i would try a hall effect keyboard next and i dont regret it. Had some questions and the customer support responds fast and is super helpful. A friend has a glorious gmmk3 he, which i tested, but the c98 is way better in my opinion. 10/10

I not only love my new keyboard, which feels super high-quality and also has the best sound, but I also had the best experience with customer service, thanks to Lia:

I had a software problem with the keyboard and wrote to customer service. First I got a reply from their AI, which had great tips. When that didn't work, I was immediately forwarded to Lia, who helped me solve the problem. The whole time she was extremely customer-oriented and was able to solve my problem super quickly.

The product itself is great and the support is even better.

I have an S98 keyboard, the USB port started going bad on it after not even a year. Within 3 emails to support they agreed with my diagnosis and shipped me a new one which got to me in 2 days. Great experience.

People, if you are uming and ahing about doing business with this company. Stop! This company has been outstanding in their customer support. I raised a concern and it was solved within minutes. This is truly oldschool customer service, where customers come away feeling cared for and appreciated. I worked with Mike, who was ultra amazing. I really can't speak more highly of this organisation.

And what about their keyboards??? OMG, best keyboard of my life, and I've been on this planet for 50 years. I bought an RK 98S which I love. The build is spot on. There is a weight to the product that makes you feel like they were built by an artisan. Someone spending their time to make sure everything is spot on.

Internet world, please do not hesitate here. These products are awesome and the supporting team are outstanding. Just do it. Buy something and you will see.
