You pay 19€/$, don't expact anything in your favor than a support bot and a legal/trust/safety departpent in once. Better skip this kind of distributor. In Europe such a company and their general terms would not be possible.

Dear Client,

Symphonic’s Trust & Safety Team and/or one or more DSPs has detected
account irregularities, DSP policy circumvention, and/or other forms
of improper activity with regard to your Symphonic Starter account(s).
Such improper activity is strictly prohibited, and violates the
Starter Terms & Conditions and the terms of usage of Symphonic’s
services.

This communication serves as notice of termination of your Starter
account(s) and services. Effective immediately, access to your
account(s) and Symphonic’s services is revoked. As a result of this
termination, you are not permitted to create or access any additional
Symphonic accounts, or use any of Symphonic’s services. You are not
eligible to create or use any other Symphonic accounts. You are not
eligible and will not be provided a refund for the terminated account,
nor any subsequent account you attempt to create or use. Please note
as follows:

Takedowns: Symphonic has issued takedowns of any and all Client
Content associated with your Starter account(s).

Royalties: Royalties that are suspected or deemed to be the result of
improper activity are not paid, this includes content which possibly
infringes on third party copyrights. Given the determination of
improper activity associated with your account(s), you are not
eligible to collect any further Royalties.

Due to the volume of communication that Symphonic receives, this
message will be our final communication to you concerning this matter.

Symphonic reserves all of its rights and remedies.

Symphonic Is The One!!!

Symphonic has a very simple and understandable way to transfer my catalogue from my old distributor to Symphonic, so for starters that was amazing and simple enough. Since then I have had to contact support a few times for minor queries and the response and resolution time is unbelievably quick, they say between 24-72 hours and they stick to it.
They have a lot of extra marketing tools and other integrated tools to further your music's reach and performance.

Not to mention the live analytics for all platforms including TIKTOK!!

I am impressed and I won't be changing distributor any time soon!!!

Symphonic has been a great distribution…

Symphonic has been a great distribution company for me thus far. I just seem to get around better on the site and find what I'm looking for. Customer service has been great with answering my questions and helping when needed. Big reasons I chose Symphonic is there ability to get on Traxsource, which is huge for me since the majority of my music is House music. Symphonic provides sync licensing and registration with charts. Overall good experience so far!

I have to admit I didn't expect this…

I have to admit I didn't expect this level of responsiveness to some questions I had, it's been great. Also can see from the YouTube content that Symphonic is really trying hard and are good folks.

Everything Is great

Everything Is great, I just wished the royalty reports were easier. Nevertheless they provide multiple ways to improve your sales and reach, including various alliances with other companies that deal in the music business. They have the best customer service I know

As someone who has tried a bunch of different distributors I can say with certainty that I love Symphonic. I have had only good and speedy help from the support team and they actually read the questions you ask.

So Far, So Good

Been with this company for almost a year now. I have no complaints as of yet. They are very responsive to emails and provide a wealth of information and services to their clients. Most of the negative feedback I've read stems from people being accused of streaming fraud, which does happens all the time. The best solution to this is simple to make great music that people want to listen too! "If you build it, they will come." If the music is good, they will stream!

Great systems and dashboard with fantastic support

Symphonic are really responsive when I have questions or need advice. They have smooth and easy to use systems for uploading my releases, managing my music, and even importing and migrating my old catalogue. I can migrate my old releases really quickly and easily, and even though it's mostly automated I still have full control over every aspect.

Great expirence so far.

I have been a user of Symphonic since July and have had a fantastic experience so far. I have made several releases which have been super easy to do. I have contacted customer services on a few occasions and they have been super helpful.

Before Symphonic I tried a few other services, which provided terrible service and never responded to any support requests.

This distributor made my life a hell…

This distributor made my life a hell during more than 6 months, by hi-jacking and releasing AI-generated "relaxing music" under my established artist name without consent. They would release a new album every other week or so, in total 18 albums were released before I even knew who was behind it. They cost me hours and hours of time wasted in the Spotify support chat, trying to get the fraudulent music disassociated with my official profile. It was not only released on Spotify though, but most other big streaming services as well such as Amazon, Tidal, et.c, completely taking over my artist profile on those services. The physical stress it caused made me almost ready to give up on the unique artist name I've been using and building up during the past 20 years. All this happened to me even though I have never had any contract with nor released any music through Symphonic. I would not recommend anyone releasing any music whatsoever through a distributor that behaves in this manner, unless a public viable explanation and apology is given.

We have had very fast turnaround and a good relationship since we have been associated with Symphonic. Perfect, of course not but welcome to the real world. They are stead fast on trying to deliver on there agreement to be a reliable distributor for our music titles. We've been here for years and there may be an occasional hiccup, but guess what? We still feel they try hard to help you succeed in making sure your music is ready to be heard by the world.Thank you Symphonic.
