Very good for keeping track of your pets. I live rural so there are heaps of large forests. My pets occasionally drop their trackers in these forests and it can be hard to locate them using the app but I almost always do. Otherwise I contact customer support and they're very helpful.

Having tractive for my cat is peace of mind for me and keeps my cat safe,Thomas my cat doesn't go far away from home , keeps within the back gardens,never on the road were traffic is , and is indoors of a night ,
Having said that ,he is 11 years old and I have peace of mind seeing on the tracker he is active and exactly who's garden he is exploring and who he is visiting,
The tracker showed him still for quite awhile in my neighbors garden 4 doors away , he then showed up at home with no tractive on ! After going to the garden where it was last located my neighbor found it ,
Great I was able to track it and get it back and put the collar on a harder to pull of off setting it's adjustable great , and he is quite a strong cat so he is not in any danger of getting caught up and not being able to escape, Thank you from Thomas and his Mum

This is a great product and it provides enormous reassurance for me and my family, knowing we can track our beloved dog - he is a puppy and very keen to explore the world around him! It is a very durable product and the app has loads of great features that help to assess all parts of our dog’s wellbeing. Customer support is also super helpful and quick. Mojo was chasing a fox today, I could see where he was the whole time, and then I could easily identify where to pick him up after he got tired. Sometimes it takes a while to refresh but at least I knew where he was.

When I needed the tracker to work it showed offline went to help section on app to try and call someone for help all you can do is send an email not much help when your trying to find your dog.
Email sent in morning by 18.00 still no reply another email sent unbelievable it’s an expensive service that doesn’t work when you need it to. Customer service totally appalling why can you not speak to anyone.
Not a happy customer yes I did try their reset options it didn’t work.

Excellent product. I have a young Aus Sheppard and he loves to chase anything that moves. Since having Tractive I now feel reassured and more confident on our off lead walks. I’ve tested the Live tracking and it works brilliantly. Also the health feedback is a real bonus and gives some very useful metrics to help monitor your dogs wellbeing. Another bonus I wasn’t expecting is the ability to connect and upload walks to Strava. I couldn’t be happier and so glad I found this product.

Contacted them on Sep 8th about tracker that went offline and won’t come back online. It’s been 7 days and still no resolution after two follow-ups. There’s no chat function or phone number so you’re stranded till they get back to you.
Second time this has happened and the tracker goes offline in the middle of the city. I am stuck because I have a subscription. Save your money and spend a bit more to get an actual gps tracker.

Tractive is a real time dog tracker. When in "Live" mode, the position updates every few seconds so you know exactly where you dog is when out on a walk. Very useful for dogs which tend to venture off / chase wild life etc. I've added a plastic weight to the underside of the dog collar and fitted the tracker device to the top of the collar which gives it clear line of sight to GPS satellites, ensuring a seamless accurate experience. Very pleased with this product. I wouldn't be without it when walking my German Pointer off lead.

Reassuring, my dogs tend to occasionally leave my garden, I am in rural France, it can take a few minutes for the tracker to log onto the network but now can find them quickly and accurately. I am very pleased! The battery doesn’t last quite as long as I thought it would but still lasts a couple of days at a time

I have a Cat mini tracker since July of 2023 and I love it. I go every day with my cat Nora for a walk in the forest. She walks alone for one hour and then I find her with Tractive. Often I use sound on the tracker to locate Nora in the bushes.
It's useful that Tractive works in several countries and we can use it during our trips.
It happened that Nora entered into a building and Tractive lost the mobile connection. Thanks to Bluetooth location I could find her.
Overall for sure that could be made some improvements but current usability is very helpful to enjoy time with Nora outside.

I've used Tractive for almost 5 consecutive years and stopped using it actively about 2 years ago only because my dog got old; and very recently cancelled my subscription as my dog never leaves my side anymore.
While using it, I found the IOS and Android apps' interfaces very user friendly. Accuracy was perfect. The GPS device endured not so gentle treatment by my dog.
Customer service has always been swift, to the point and effective.
If a new puppy joins our family, I will reinstate my Tractive account without hesitation.

Cracking tracker system. We have used them for nearly a year, after using another tracker which was naff.
Initially we had a slight issue with 1 of our 2 trackers and tractive fixed the issue IMMEDIATELY.
The app is very simple and easy to use. We love the friends leader board too!
The accuracy is reasonable, but if the cat moves quickly, the GPS can lag a little bit behind.
Overall I would 100% reccomend this product. Good effort guys it's nice to buy a good product with fantastic customer service. Cheers

Nothing but issues with my cat tracker it’s always sayings can’t connect to gps when it does it’s not accurate to where the cat actually is states he’s miles away when he’s in the back garden. The light and sound on it is pathetic couldn’t hear the sound stood next to him no no chance if he went missing the plastic tracker mount snapped after a month cheap plastic and customer service didn’t offer a new one. All in al shocking the broken tracker is now in a draw collecting dust and I’m out of pocket 50 quid including subscription. Customer service team copy and paste useless ‘fixes’ to problems when you contact them which never actually fixes anything.
