I've seen significant improvements in the last year!
I've been with Weeconnect for a year. At the start of that year, the customer service was terrible and we had a lot of issues. We needed to replace the tracker using the insurance and it took 3+ weeks for it to arrive and they then sent the wrong colour and a broken tracker that said it was still at the factory in Hong Kong. It then took 5 weeks to get a replacement for the broken one! In the mean time, we were lied to by customer service, replied to in French, and waited up to a week for a response.
However, since then, the customer service has improved tremendously and I'm really impressed by the difference! We've claimed on the insurance twice since and had a new tracker the next day. Customer service replied quickly with helpful and accurate responses.
The tracker itself is great and works really well, it's very accurate and easy to use. We've never had issues with it going down.
I thoroughly recommend the insurance because our cat managed to lose three trackers.
I've docked a star and mentioned my initial issues just because I think it wouldn't be fair to customers if I didn't. But I do want to stress that the last 7 months with Weenect have been a totally different and excellent experience.
