I've seen significant improvements in the last year!

I've been with Weeconnect for a year. At the start of that year, the customer service was terrible and we had a lot of issues. We needed to replace the tracker using the insurance and it took 3+ weeks for it to arrive and they then sent the wrong colour and a broken tracker that said it was still at the factory in Hong Kong. It then took 5 weeks to get a replacement for the broken one! In the mean time, we were lied to by customer service, replied to in French, and waited up to a week for a response.

However, since then, the customer service has improved tremendously and I'm really impressed by the difference! We've claimed on the insurance twice since and had a new tracker the next day. Customer service replied quickly with helpful and accurate responses.
The tracker itself is great and works really well, it's very accurate and easy to use. We've never had issues with it going down.

I thoroughly recommend the insurance because our cat managed to lose three trackers.

I've docked a star and mentioned my initial issues just because I think it wouldn't be fair to customers if I didn't. But I do want to stress that the last 7 months with Weenect have been a totally different and excellent experience.

A new tracker was replaced.

I bought a package that included two trackers. Unfortunately, I lost the first one. I tried to replace it but couldn't. So, I contacted Weenect's customer service. They quickly responded and resolved the problem.

Not very caring customer service

Over 20 emails send plus paying for additional insurance of lost or damaged tracker .
No replacement tracker received.
Going in circles with emails
Finally received a link to get replacement tracker
Still....
no replacement tracker jet.

After care service
Unsatisfactory so far

The tracer is fantastic

The tracker is very accurate with the additions of the vibrate / noise / light modes to help locate it. My cat has no problem wearing the tracker on his collar. Weenect are very easy to contact and are very helpful.

Noa at customer service

I've only just got my trackers but Amazon sent the wrong colour. This was Amazon's fault and not Weenects. But Noa from customer services has called me and is sorting things out. She was a pleasure to speak to and also gave me two months free subscription.

I'm setting the trackers up and they seem to be working ok so far... 🙂

Did not get an order confirmation after…

Did not get an order confirmation after ordering ( and paying for) a new silicone cover. Contacting customer service I got a lot of bot nonsense not being to the point.Followed by a survey informing about my contact with staff...well there was not any. Get a grip thx.

What would I do without the Weenect tracker?

What would I do without the Weenect tracker? For a start I would spend 70% of my time wondering around searching for my wayward cat. But with the excellent battery life. I can check where he is, if necessary, call him home with it. Or leave him in peace, until he’s hungry.

Worked for 1 day

Worked for 1 day. Recharged it and ever since it’s all gone horribly wrong. App won’t recognise/connect to tracker. Paid for tracker & subscription but app doesn’t show. ‘There is something wrong with your subscription’. Despite Weenect continually telling me everything is fine? ITS NOT! Countless emails to Weenect just get the everything is okay reply. Well ITS NOT OKAY !!!! I’m about to chuck the whole thing and ask for my money back
