I'm sure these would be great if only..

I'm sure these would be great if only I could either - get into my account; update/pay for my subscriptions; activate the trackers. Plus if you need support, you have to wait one or two days for a response - which hasn't so far sorted out my issues and I have to start all over again. Have spent too many hours trying to resolve various problems, which remain unfixed over a week later

My questions regarding our new tracker…

My questions regarding our new tracker were answered quickly and solved the problem we were having. This is our first dog tracker, so we were just getting used to having one, when to have the dog wear it, how it worked, etc. We are doing well and it is working well!

Excellent Service

I contacted Weenect about a broken tracker. They responded extremely quickly - in less than two hours - with the offer of replacement or refund. Very happy with the service.

Relived to have this tracker!

Fast delivery, easy to set up.
This has been a cat life saver for us. One of our cats was staying out for hours at a time and I wanted to see where she was going.
On using he tracker we found she was wandering for quite a way and also crossing a very busy road.
We collected her and got her home safely and are so relieved we got this when we did as we don’t know how many times she has done this before and the thought that she might’ve been injured or worse.
She will now sadly be having her outside time restricted and staying safe.

Not worth the money,£45 for the tracker…

Not worth the money,£45 for the tracker and £70 a year for a subscription I expect it to work better than it does. I'm lucky if the battery lasts a day and the GPS well that is useless, my cat was on my lap but according to the app on my phone, she was halfway down the street, and according to the app my house travels around more than my cat does. If she ever gets lost I won't have a cats chance in hell of finding her with this useless contraption.

The Weenect tracer worked sometimes…

The Weenect tracer worked sometimes well but the battery was empty within 24 hours so when our cat left for a couple of days, we had no idea where he was. A good tracker should work for at least a week and not 1 day. I ended my membership at Weenect.

Scam. I paid and a week later nothing was shipped despite their "guarantee" of shipping within 24h

Bought two of the collars on the official Weenect website on Saturday. Received an email that they guarantee shipping within 24 working hours. As it was a bank holiday weekend in Ireland, I have them benefit of doubt and only emailed on Tuesday evening as I got no further emails. Got a response the next day that the collars are out of stock, "The orders are getting treated today" and I should email them myself if I don't hear anything after Friday. That's not good enough, I did not get ANY more emails or responses, emailed them again Friday evening, this is a pure and utter scam!!
Never use their website, they'll just take your money and run!!!

Really reliable and great

Really reliable and great, I can speak to my elderly mother wherever she is whilst wearing the Weenect.

Awesome App

Awesome app that’s transformed the pleasure in our dog walks. Knowing where she is at any moment and being able to call her back has been a game changer for all of us - Zaia included! Recommend highly.

Improving but app went down

I signed up. I got the tracker working. I am used to GPS trackers. This unit weenect cats 2 does not have great battery life but the app is nice and the cat likes the unit. ++Updated review++: it's working now but is it reliable long term? They had a bug as per the response.

Original issue: On Sunday 23 June 2024 I can't log in and can't get on the app on phone. No support just a Bot with no answers; cat location ???. Weenect if you are reviewing feedback maybe have someone on support 24/7 advising of outages because cats don't stay home on Sundays...

Great product and support.

Great product and support.
The product works exactly as expected. We had one small issue with the charging cable which was resolved quickly.
Great for tracking the pets!

Terrible

Terrible, I bought a new GPS tracker for my dog and the battery barely lasts a day. This means you have to recharge it every night, and if you forget then the next day you cannot use the weenect

The next point is that they made it extremely confusing to turn this thing on/off. There's no indication whether its turned on or not. There's jus one button which you use to turn it on/off, but after pressing it you have to wait a minute or so before you can see it's turned on in the mobile app. And if it's not appearing in the app then you are left wondering whether it is turned on or not, whether it's still busy to find the GPS signal, or whether the battery is dead or not
Very disappointing for the steep price & subscription

Terrible cheap quality flimsy tracker…

Terrible cheap quality flimsy tracker that literally fell apart after couple of months of use! And even before that it already malfunctioned a number of times, a cable stopped working and now the charging part literally fell out of place!
Absolutely ridiculous!
Unsubscribing and do not recommend!

GPS receiver quality

My Weenect is unable to get a signal in locations my other devices can. Vert poor GPS receiver.
Consequentially the device is unusable on my usual dog walk. Will buy a better device.
