From start to finish the process of donating our vehicle was a very smooth process. From Nick who first took all the information about the donation to the driver who came to pick up the car. They came to do the job as they promised, actually were here a little earlier than promised. Good work on all the folks I talked to on the phone when I had questions. Thank you.

The process was simple. Everyone with whom I spoke was polite and professional. My dad was military so I hope that the car can either be repaired or parts used and this could help our men and women in service.

It was easy to donate the car to the VA. No problem getting the car picked up by the tow company. Everyone was polite making the arrangements for donating & pickup of the car.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that came to get the car was also very friendly. My son took care of that part and he explained everything to him very carefully.

Easy to make an appointment for donating/pickup of my vehicle. The driver removed my license plates because I didn’t have the tools and he removed a parking sticker I had on my rear window … he was pleasant, cordial, and very professional. All-in-all, a very positive experience.

I was very impressed with the prompt response I received after the initial phone conversation with the organization's representative. As promised, the tow company contacted me the next day and came to pick up the vehicle the following work day. That level of reliable service is rare today, and I greatly appreciated it!
